INSURANCE:
Pine Tree Rehab is currently in-network with Regence BlueShield, Premera Blue Cross, LifeWise Health Plan of Washington, CHAMPVA, Community Health Plan of Washington, Coordinated Care Apple Health, Ambetter from Coordinated Care, and Cascade Care Select Public Option.
We are continuing to expand our insurance network, so please contact us to confirm current participation and coverage options.
PRIVATE PAY & SUPERBILLS
We also accept private pay, which offers greater flexibility in service type, frequency, and scheduling. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide a superbill for eligible services. A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
